ABSENCE AND MAKEUP POLICY
To meet our commitment to providing timely, quality service to all our customers, we do not encourage makeups as they do affect the integrity of the class. It is very important to try to attend your regular scheduled class which is the best possible learning environment for your child. However, we realize that it is sometimes impossible to attend your regular schedule class. We must strictly enforce our policies. A make-up lesson must be done in the current Session only. When the new Seasonal Session starts, make-up lessons are expired. Please, do not ask us to make exceptions.

Make-up lesson fee is $25 based on our schedule availability and may be taken at other pool facilities and with larger groups in different level.
